Where are you located?

Jessica designs, packs, and ships all your orders from Melbourne, Australia!

Shipping Info Australia

All orders are sent with my own packaging via AusPost Regular Parcel Post. This service is tracked.

Express shipping can be purchased during checkout or in your basket as a upgrade.

Shipping times are 2-4 weeks (standard) or 3-10 days (express) depending on location. AusPost are still experiencing delays due to the pandemic. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Info International

All international orders have flat-rate shipping (it will stay the same rate if you add more items to your order). This means that the more items you purchase, the less shipping works out to be per item.

Orders are sent via DHL Global Mail. DHL will collect your order from me, and then forward it to your local postal service for the final stage of delivery (eg. USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail).

Tracking numbers will be applied to your order on Etsy, however it is recommended that you use the local tracking number from the DHL website for the most up-to-date information (please see the next question for more info).

The majority of orders are arriving between 2-6 weeks. Thank you for your patience.

How to track your international order?

DHL Global Mail has 2 different tracking numbers. One is the customer confirmation number (begins in AUEOL) that I attach to your order. The second is the local tracking number (which you’ll need to access the most up-to-date delivery status).

The local tracking number can be found under the "details" tab above the AUEOL Number on the DHL Global Mail tracking page. Please click on this link (or copy and paste the number) to access tracking from your local postal service’s website (eg. USPS) as this provides more current information.

If you find that there is a delivery error from the local postal service, please get in touch with them directly. I cannot contact overseas carriers (such as USPS) regarding shipment enquiries from Australia.

My order is missing/lost?

Sometimes orders can take little longer to arrive, they have a long way to go as I am based in Australia, but the majority of orders arrive with no issues in a timely manner.

Please take great care when entering address details at checkout. I cannot adjust incorrect information after your order is placed and once your order has been dispatched, I have no way of redirecting the package.

Any unclaimed orders will be abandoned and I cannot offer replacements or refunds. This is due to USPS closing mail lanes to Australia and meant a prohibitively expensive fee for me to have mail returned to sender. Again, please make sure your address details are correct, and that you check your tracking regularly.

I have a question about my order?

All questions related to your Etsy order need to be sent to me on the Etsy platform. Unfortunately, I cannot answer order queries from other communication channels (social media DMs, email, etc).

If you have been tracking your order and something seems off, please message me as soon as possible. The sooner you can inform me about any missing or delayed packages, the more help I can provide. The shipping portal deletes shipment information after 3 months and I cannot help with orders after this time.

Is shipping really that high?

Unfortunately, I cannot influence shipping costs to send overseas from Australia. During the pandemic shipping fees increased and they have increased once more in 2022. I'm very fortunate I can still ship worldwide so you can get your cute pin fix!

For this reason, I have kept my shipping flat-rate, and it’s better value the more items from my shop you purchase in a single order. Got a friend who might like my designs? Ask them if they want to combine an order with you!

Shipping to the US and Canada is also a faster service than previously available and includes tracking.

When will my order be dispatched?

Due to a busy schedule, orders are dispatched on the following time-table:
Australian orders - Mondays and Thursdays
International orders - Tuesdays (with a cut-off time of 12pm Monday AEST to be included in that week's deliveries).

If you purchase Australian Express shipping, I will try and get your order dispatched sooner, but this isn't always possible with my workload.

Please message me before placing an order if you have a tight deadline.

What is a "seconds" pin?

SECONDS PINS have minor flaws, such as:

- Colour discrepancies
- Small specks/bubbles in enamel
- Some small areas of enamel missing
- Small scratches in the metal plating
- Screen Printed areas slightly off alignment/missing
- Tarnished metal plating
- Bent or wobbly posts


Flaws are not usually noticeable and do not detract from the beauty of the design. They can also make a good option for pins that will be travelling with you regularly (such as on a backpack, or hat).

Please note that I do not take photos of individual seconds pins and cannot provide one on request.
